OUR UNIT:
Our unit, #130, is a front unit with mountain views.  It's first floor location allows you to park in front of the unit and access it directly from the parking lot  This is a real plus when moving in and out, as most back units do not have mountain views and all second and third floor units must be accessed from interior hallways and elevators.  This is a two bedroom/two bath unit that sleeps six comfortably.

  This newly painted and renovated unit now boasts new appliances and light fixtures, new wall-to-wall carpeting, newly tiled kitchen and entry, new sectional sofa and new bed linens and window treatments.

As you can see in the picture, the kitchen is fully applianced and supplied with just about everything you will need and there is more than enough room for two or three people to work side by side.

 
Our spacious dining area will comfortably seat up to six adults and provides enough space for a large meal or an impromptu game or puzzle..  We also have two high-backed bar stools for seating at our island countertop.  The door adjacent to the mirror leads to the interior hallway which you might use to access our in-house fitness center, our lobbies or our Laundromat.  There is no need to walk outside in inclement weather.  
     
  The large sectional sofa will comfortably seat your party as you view our new 50" wall mounted plasma TV.  With the recent addition of a new Hearthstone fireplace, you won't want to leave this cozy room.  The door leads outside to a 5x20 ft. deck furnished with two bistro sets where you can enjoy impressive mountain views.  For the summer months, this room is air-conditioned.  Please note that the living room does not have a sleep sofa.

 

Our home boasts two master bedrooms, each with its own full bath.  Each bedroom also has a TV and VCR, a ceiling fan and a separate individually controlled air-conditioner.  The first bedroom has a king bed.  The second bedroom has two queen beds.

bulletbullet when two couples rent our unit, they are assured complete privacy, as each bedroom and bath area is separated by the living room
bulletbullet When families rent our unit, we have eliminated the need of a sleep sofa by putting a second queen bed in one of the bedrooms thereby allowing the adults use of the living area in the evening hours.


As our guests, you will also receive a V.I.P. membership to the Nordic Inn's in-house fitness center.  Here you will find a heated outdoor seasonal pool, indoor AND outdoor year-round Jacuzzis, exercise equipment and game tables.  The Inn also boasts three lobbies, a coin-operated Laundromat, free parking and free local phone calls.


OUR LOCATION:

The Nordic Inn is located in the center of NH's White Mountains in the picturesque town of Lincoln, at the crossroads of Routes 3 and 93.  We are situated on Rte #112, better known as the  Kancamagus Highway (the Kanc).  This road is one of only three in the state designated by the federal government as a  SCENIC BYWAY.


OUR RATES and AVAILABILITY:
Please check the rental calendar for current pricing and availability (you will need to click on unit #130 to get information on this unit).  The calendar is almost always in real time.  If you would like to rent our unit, you may do so online through our calendar, by calling us directly at (603) 362-5989, or by contacting our rental agents at (888) 883-2305 (they will have the most updated availability).  When booking online or calling our rental agent, please advise them that you are renting our unit via this website.

Please note that we accept all major credit cards.  We will also accept bank checks or money orders payable in advance.

We believe we have one of the nicest units at the Nordic Inn.  However, if you don't agree, need a different size unit, or this unit is not available for your required dates, please visit our rental agent's website for more choices.

DIRECTIONS:
Take Route 93 North or South to Exit 32 (at mile marker 101).  Turn left at the end of the ramp.  You are now on the Kancamagus Scenic Byway.  The Nordic Inn is one mile up on your left.  Our vacation home, #130, is approximately 2/3's of the way down the front of the building, adjacent to the small covered portico.  You may park directly in front of the unit and enter directly through the front door or through the interior hallway.

Check-in time is 4pm.  Check-out time is 10am.
